Canadiens fans are restless. It's been just over two years since Jeff Gorton was hired as the Executive Vice President of Hockey Operations. Over the next 40 days, general manager Kent Hughes and head coach Marty St. Louis will also celebrate their two year anniversaries with the club.

Hughes has presided over two NHL Drafts and more than 20 trades. St. Louis has a record of 60-78-15 having coached 153 games over parts of three seasons.

Many supporters are still preaching patience regarding Montreal's rebuild. Others are not liking what they see.

We have compiled recent comments from Canadiens fans about what they would like to see in the New Year. They are in the areas of Goaltending, Drafting and Development, Lineup and Roster Decisions, Player Trades and GM and Coaching Staff.

This is the focus of this week's episode of Canadiens Connection podcast.

In addition, we provide an injury update for Jordan Harris. And we outline the week that was for Habs prospects at the World Junior Championships. We conclude the show with comments, texts, and emails from you, our loyal Canadiens Connection listeners.
