    According to the AHL, the Predators have recalled the 26-year-old forward from the Milwaukee Admirals.

    The Nashville Predators have recalled forward Denis Gurianov from Milwaukee. Gurianov has played 27 games for the Admirals and leads the team in points with 30. He is second on the team in goals with 12, one behind Egor Afanasyev. 

    Gurianov was drafted by the Dallas Stars, taken 12th overall in 2015. He played 257 games for the Stars from 2017-2023. Gurianov made his NHL debut for the Stars on April 8, 2017. On February 26, 2023 the Stars traded Gurianov to the Montreal Canadiens for Evgenii Dadanov. On July 11, 2023 the Predators signed the Russian forward to a one-year, $850,000 deal. 

    Gurianov could start tonight against the team that drafted him. The Predators are on the road and will face the Stars tonight in their second matchup of the season.
