The Nashville Predators have a chance to play a better game against a strong Canucks team that defeated Nashville just last week. Here are three things the Preds will need to do to get the road win.
After a disappointing loss last week to the Vancouver Canucks the Nashville Predators have a chance to fix what they didn't do well as they take on the Canucks tonight on the road. The Canucks defeated the Predators last Tuesday in a 3-2 game.
"I didn't like our first two periods," head coach Andrew Brunette said after Tuesday night's loss. "Credit to them. I thought they played in our faces. That did what we tried to do to them."

Both teams are coming off of overtime games on Saturday but with different outcomes. The Canucks were edged out by the New York Rangers in overtime while Roman Josi scored the overtime winner against the Toronto Maple Leafs in Nashville.
The Predators will need to correct mistakes they have struggled with in their last two games including slow starts and missed opportunities. Tonight backup goaltender Kevin Lankinen will get the start in net for the Predators, and he will need a strong performance against one of the top ten teams in goals scored so far this season.
The Predators take on the Canucks tonight at Rogers Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 9:00 pm CT.
