Tonight the Nashville Predators play the second game of their five game road trip as they face off against the Seattle Kraken at Climate Pledge Arena.
It appears that Andrew Brunette will stick with the same line up as Tuesday night except Juuse Saros will return to his place in net for the Predators. The last time these two teams faced each other on October 12, Saros recorded a shutout.
The Kraken have split starts with their two net minders, and according to morning skate reports Philipp Grubauer will take his place in net tonight. In his five starts this season, Grubauer has recorded a .901 save percentage and 3.00 goals against average.
Both the Kraken and Predators have had challenging schedules to start the season, and tonight the teams will battle for a much needed two points. A key to this game will be momentum. Both teams have had stretches in games where they control puck possession and offensive opportunities, so whichever team can get to their game early and keep that pressure on will likely come away with the win.
The Predators and Kraken will drop the puck at 9:00 pm CT.
