The Gladiators join the Predators and Admirals in a new partnership today.

The Nashville Predators have announced their new ECHL partnership with the Atlanta Gladiators.

"This partnership will help both franchises continue to expand their presence in the southern professional hockey landscape, and we’re looking forward to seeing our two passionate fanbases cheer each other on," Assistant General Manager/Director of Hockey Operations of the Nashville Predators Brian Poile shared in a statement.

The Predators did not have an ECHL affiliate last season after partnering with the Florida Everblades from 2019-2022. The Gladiators were affiliated with the Arizona Coyotes last season.

The Gladiators were founded in 1995 in Mobile, Alabama as the Mobile Mysticks until relocating in 2003 to Gwinnett County, GA where they become the Gwinnett County Gladiators. In 2015, they changed the name to the Atlanta Gladiators.

The ECHL franchise has seen success in the postseason, most recently making the playoffs in 2021-2022. The new partnership joins the Gladiators with the Predators and the AHL Milwaukee Admirals.
