Connor Ingram, who spent two seasons in the Nashville Predators organization during his career, took to social media on Friday to announce his retirement from professional hockey.
According to insider Elliotte Friedman on X, Ingram intends to return to college to study psychology to help others.
Ingram played just three regular season games at the NHL level for the Predators, all of which were in the 2021-22 season. He had a 3.71 goals against average and a .879 save percentage while going 1-2-0. He did also appear in four playoff games that season, going 0-3-0 with a .913 save percentage and 3.64 goals against average.
Ingram's career also included stops with the Tampa Bay Lightning, Arizona Coyotes (later the Utah Hockey Club), and, most recently, the Edmonton Oilers.
Ingram finished his career with 134 games played, a 55-54-18 record, a .901 save percentage and 3.01 goals against average.
