The Nashville Predators and the Nashville sports community come together to back Nashville SC as they take on Lionel Messi and Inter Miami tonight in the Leagues Cup final.

Filip Forsberg and Roman Josi know what it's like to play a big final game in front of passionate Nashville sports fans, but tonight Forsberg and Josi will be a part of the fanbase as the city comes together to support Nashville SC in the Leagues Cup final tonight at Geodis Park. 

Both players sent out a message of support to NSC ahead of tonight's big game. 

Nashville SC advanced to the final after Tuesday night's win over C.F. Monterrey. Sam Surridge and Fafà Picault scored for NSC to secure the 2-0 victory. Tonight NSC will face Inter Miami and recent addition Lionel Messi. Inter Miami defeated Philadelphia Union in their semifinal game 4-1 in a game that included a goal by Messi. According to Bet MGM, Inter Miami are the favorites to win tonight's match, but the team will certainly have home field advantage at Geodis Park and the entire city cheering for Hany Muhktar, Surridge, and the team. 

While Nashville's sports teams have a long history of supporting each other in big moments, Filip Forsberg is extra invested — literally — when it comes to Nashville SC. In March, Forsberg joined the ownership group for the club which includes other big sports names like Giannis Antetokounmpo and Derrick Henry. 

Tonight's Leagues Cup final takes place at 8:00 pm CST.
