The Predators gritted out four impressive wins this week and players like Juuse Saros, Filip Forsberg, and Colton Sissons weren't the only players earning kudos for their play.

The Nashville Predators played four games this week and came away with four wins to bring their record to 13-3 in their last sixteen games. The Preds found ways to win games against the Montreal Canadiens, Philadelphia Flyers, Carolina Hurricanes, and Washington Capitals.

After winning the game Tuesday night against the Flyers in overtime, Forsberg repeated the feat Friday night in Carolina to secure another overtime win against the Hurricanes.

Winning in Carolina on the road with contributions up and down the lineup was big, but there were still areas for improvement.

The Predators finally got two days off in a row this week, something they haven't had since mid November. The teams used the time off to physically recover and mentally recharge.

Cody Glass returned to the lineup on December 9 and is working to get back to his game after missing time due to injuries. The process to get back is a challenge physically and mentally.

Predators forward Kiefer Sherwood missed the last two games of the week with an upper body injury.

While Filip Forsberg made highlight reel goals this week, several depth players earned high praise from head coach Andrew Brunette for their hard work in recent wins.

Two of Nashville's prospects made Canada's World Juniors final roster and will head to Sweden with their team mates to compete in the IIHF World Juniors tournament beginning December 26.
