Head coach Andrew Brunette and several Predators players have used these two words to describe how they are feeling as the team prepares for the 2023-24 regular season.
It has been a whirlwind training camp for the Nashville Predators who welcomed several new players, a new head coach, and began implementing a new system just a few weeks ago. Head coach Andrew Brunette knows the team isn't exactly where they need to be yet to become a postseason contender, but he likes what he has seen from this roster at camp.
"I like how we've kind of grown in the last few days, last week or so," Brunette said.
Today the Nashville Predators kick off the 2023-24 regular season with an afternoon game against the Tampa Bay Lightning at Amalie Arena. Puck drop is scheduled for 4:30 pm CT and will be broadcast on ESPN as the first game in an ESPN opening day triple header.
