Curtis Lazar answers the question, "Which Teammate is Most Likely?"

One thing I constantly hear from New Jersey Devils fans is that they want to see more of the players' personalities. Knowing this, I had an idea to ask one player some out-of-the-box questions about his teammates. I looked around to see which player would be the most willing to humor me, and as I scanned the room, I saw Curtis Lazar sitting at his stall in the corner of the locker room.
I approached Lazar to see if he would be up for answering some random non-hockey questions. He smiled and enthusiastically said, "Let's do it. I'm up for anything."
Before the team left for their current three-game road trip, Lazar sat at his stall while I sat perpendicular to him in Tomas Nosek's empty stall. I appreciate how much thought the 28-year-old put into his responses and the laughs we shared as he gave some pretty unexpected answers.
Enjoy the first installment of "Which Teammates Are Most Likely."
Lazar: Jack Hughes. Not really from experience but a lot of guys say sometimes he takes a day or two to respond to their text so definetely him.
Lazar: Luke Hughes, it's an age thing. Trying to calculate the commute time and whatnot. Yeah, it has to be him.
Lazar: That's a good one. I'll go with Dougie Hamilton. He's quiet, but that silent confidence can be scary.
Lazar: Most likely, Nico Hischier. He is always trying to pay. It is in his character and who he is. I honestly can't pick (least likely). Everyone is pretty good about it; if you don't pay for a while, you feel bad. I think we have a good group of guys.
Lazar: So we had our league this year, and Nico lost, but it's not his fault. You have to start somewhere; he doesn't know guys, it was his first year, and the injury bug got his team.
Lazar: That's a good question. I'll go with Tyler Toffoli.
Based on the clip from the NHL's Puck Personality segment, I agreed with Lazar.

Lazar: I have to go with Jack Hughes. I think the better question is, how many guys claim they know how to change a tire without actually knowing how. If we had a competition where we actually set stuff up to do it, I think guys would be shocked.
