The New Jersey Devils will return to goaltender Jacob Markstrom Monday night against the Nashville Predators

Markstrom is coming off a 4-2 victory over the Carolina Hurricanes. The veteran made 20 saves on 22 shots, earning a .909 save percentage in his 500th career NHL win.  

Against the Predators, Markstrom has a record of 4-6-3 in 13 games with a goals-against average of 2.92 and a save percentage of .911. 

Nashville enters tonight's game with a 13-4-1 record on the road against New Jersey. Defenseman Roman Josi has 19 points (six goals, 13 assists) in his last 15 games against the Devils. He is at more than a point-per-game pace in his career against New Jersey, recording 21 points ( six goals, 15 assists) in 20 games.

The Predators did not hold a morning skate. Their backup goaltender and former Devil Scott Wedgewood has a 3-0-0 record with a 1.39 goals-against average and .952 save percentage in three career starts against New Jersey.
