The event allows NHL teams to see the top prospects undergo physical testing in addition to the ever-so-important team interviews. Morreale and his colleagues take this opportunity to explore the lives of the players in attendance, who generally range from the first round to the mid-third round. He additionally shares which prospect spent a week with Jim and Ellen Hughes two summers ago. "Jack wasn't there, but (this prospect) did spend time with Luke and Quinn, " Morreale said. "Basically, he was playing with the Hughes family at the rink over there, and that was why he lived with them.
