    According to Altice's latest 8-K filing with the SEC, Altice’s top execs just got a significant pay-raise.

    In the midst of frustration from fans of the New York Islanders, New York Rangers, New Jersey Devils, and New York Knicks, Altice’s top execs just got a pay raise while customers wait for their $10 refund from January -- and are still without MSG Networks. 

    According to Altice's latest 8-K filing with the SEC, top execs just got a pay raise while hard-working lunchpail New Yorkers are stuck without MSG Networks and their $10 rebate from Altice - Optimum.

    THE FILING READS:

    On February 4, 2025, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Altice USA, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase to the annual compensation of Dennis Mathew, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, and Marc Sirota, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Effective January 1, 2025, Mr. Mathew’s base salary is $1,550,000, his target annual cash incentive award will be $3,000,000, and his annual long-term incentive target will be $10,000,000. Mr. Mathew does not receive any compensation for his role as a Board member. Also, effective January 1, 2025, Mr. Sirota’s base salary is $650,000, his target annual cash incentive award will be 150% of his base salary, and his annual long-term incentive target will be $3,500,000.

    Hockey fans are hoping MSG Networks and Altice USA/Optimum can come to an agreement before the break ends on Feb. 22.
