BREAKING: Islanders Release Eight Finalists For 2027-28 Third Jersey Competition
Narrowed down from over 80,000 global submissions, these final eight fan-designed concepts now face a bracket-style gauntlet to determine the next iconic look for Isles Nation.
After going through 80,490 jersey submissions for their 2027-28 third jersey competition, the New York Islanders have announced the eight finalists:
Round one of voting runs from Aug. 12 at 12 PM ET through Aug. 14 at 5 PM ET, during which fans will pick their favorite jerseys in head-to-head matchups.

Each design, as you see, has a comparable so those will be the head-to-head matchups.
Round two of voting will run from Aug. 15 to Aug. 17, cutting the competition from the top four to the top two.
The final round of voting will take place from Aug. 18 to Aug. 20.
The winning concept will be announced in the days after the final voting closes.
