The NHL icon returns to Bridgestone Arena to celebrate a legendary legacy spanning a Stanley Cup title, deep playoff runs, and his recent tenure as general manager.

Former New York Islanders head coach Barry Trotz will be inducted into the Nashville Predators' Golden Hall on Thursday night against the Washington Capitals.

Trotz, who won a Stanley Cup with the Capitals in 2018, joined the Islanders that summer along with former general manager Lou Lamoriello.

In 288 regular season games behind the Islanders' bench, Trotz went 152-102-34, helping the Islanders to back-to-back trips to the Eastern Conference Finals in 2020 and 2021.

Following his dismissal from the Islanders after a rough 2021-22 season, Trotz was named general manager of the Predators a year later, a role he held until he announced his retirement this past June 2nd.
