
Four New York Islanders prospects have been invited to the 2025 World Junior Summer Showcase: Kamil Bednarik, Cole Eiserman, Sam Laurila, and Jacob Kvasnicka.
Bednarik, 19, was a 2024 second-round pick of the Islanders (No. 61).
The center is an Illinois native and had 19 points (two goals, 17 assists) in 40 games for Boston University last season.
Eiserman, 18, was a 2024 first-round pick of the Islanders (No. 20).
The winger is a Massachusetts native and had 36 points (25 goals, 11 assists) in 39 games for Boston University last season.
Kvasnicka, 17, was a 2025 seventh-round pick of the Islanders (No. 202).
The winger is a Minnesota native and had 53 points (23 goals, 30 assists) in 93 games with the United States Developmental Program last season.
He is committed to the University of Minnesota.
Laurila, 18, was a 2025 fifth-round pick of the Islanders (No. 138).
The defenseman is a Minnesota native and had 41 points (eight goals, 33 assists) in 57 games with the Fargo Force of the USHL.
The showcase is set for July 25-Aug. 2 at Ridder Arena in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
