New York Islanders forwards Anthony Duclair and free agent signing Jonathan Drouin are best friends, so it's not a shock that the two are training together ahead of the 2025-26 season.
Both played for the Lace St. Louis Lions, an M-19 AAA program in Quebec when they were younger.
Ahead of Lace's first game of the season, they both ran a promo to get fans to come on down for the big game.
This also provided us with our first look at Drouin in some Islanders swagger.
We do not yet know what number Drouin will wear with the Islanders; he last wore No. 27 with the Colorado Avalanche, the number that belongs to team captain Anders Lee.
Drouin signed a two-year deal worth $4 million annually this summer.
