Ritchie's lower-body ailment sidelines the Islanders forward. His recent point streak was snapped, leaving his availability uncertain for the Flyers matchup.

New York Islanders forward Calum Ritchie is day-to-day with a lower-body injury, the team announced ahead of their game against the Philadelphia Flyers.

Ritchie, who played on the fourth line alongside Casey Cizikas and Kyle MacLean in their 5-0 loss to the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday, did take part in morning skate.

The 21-year-old, who saw a four-game point streak (four assists) snapped against Buffalo, has 15 points (seven goals, eight assists) in 40 games this season.
