New York Islanders prospect Jesse Nurmi and the London Knights have advanced to the OHL Finals after sweeping the Kitchener Rangers 4-0 in the Western Conference Championships. 

London has gone 12-0-0 to begin the playoffs, with Nurmi recording two goals and five assists over that span. 

 Nurmi did have a goal in the series-clinching 4-2 win on Wednesday night, with a goal and two assists in the four-game set:

Nurmi and London will now await to see if fellow Islanders prospect Calum Ritchie and the Oshawa Generals can close out their series against the Barrie Colts on Thursday night at 7:05 PM ET.
