After netting 17 goals in Bridgeport last season, the 25-year-old winger officially rejoins the fold as New York solidifies its depth and continues navigating a busy offseason.
The New York Islanders announced on Wednesday afternoon that they have signed forward Joey Larson to a two-year, two-way deal:
Larson, 25, recorded 17 goals and 11 assists for 28 points in 63 AHL games for Bridgeport last season.
He was one of the three pending restricted free agents who the club tendered qualifying offers to.
Goaltender Henrik Tikkanen did not sign his qualifying offer either, but came to terms on a one-year, two-way deal.
Forward Alex Jefferies filed for salary arbitration, with his hearing scheduled for July 30.
