The New York Islanders and restricted free agent forward Marc Gatcomb have come to terms on a one-year deal worth $900,000.

Gatcomb, 25, had nine points (eight goals, one assist) in 39 NHL games in 2024-25.

He made his NHL debut on Jan. 14 against the Ottawa Senators and never looked back, remaining a lineup regular for the remainder of the season.

The Islanders signed Gatcomb to a one-year, $775,000 deal last offseason as a depth forward, and he will likely play a similar role in 2025-26.
