The band AJR will perform during the Islanders vs. Rangers Stadium Series game on Feb. 18.

With just over a month to go before the 2024 NHL Stadium Series, the league announced that AJR will perform during the first intermission of the New York Islanders and New York Rangers matchup at MetLife Stadium.

AJR is a pop trio comprised of Adam, Jack, and Ryan Met, and the three have released noteworthy hits such as “Sober Up,” “Burn the House Down,” and “Bang!”

The group will embark on a US tour in April with no stop at UBS Arena currently in the cards.

In a statement, the group said, “Having grown up in New York City, it’s a huge honor to play at the iconic MetLife Stadium for Rangers and Islanders fans. As hockey fans, we know how special outdoor games are, and we can’t wait to be part of one!”

For those interested in what band will play for the front end of Stadium Series weekend between the Philadelphia Flyers and New Jersey Devils, it will feature a performance by the Jonas Brothers.
