
No one likes fees, and the New York Islanders are doing something about that.
With Black Friday underway, the Islanders are helping fans get tickets for that special someone. The team shared on Friday that all fees would be waived on tickets until Saturday night.
The offer is good on all remaining games at UBS Arena.
The 2024 Stadium Series at MetLife Stadium, a neutral site game, is exempt from this promotion.
However, there are still many anticipated matchups to come to Elmont this season.
After the Islanders play the Flyers Saturday night, they hit the road for three straight games.
Their return to Long Island kicks off a six-game homestand, starting on Dec. 6 against the San Jose Sharks, with eight home games in the month of December.
Those home matchups include the league-best Boston Bruins, Connor McDavid, and the Edmonton Oilers, and division-rival Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins.
While the first two months of 2024 feature only nine home games total, there are a handful of notable matchups, including the Stanley Cup champion Vegas Golden Knights on Jan. 23 and a pair of matchups with the Tampa Bay Lightning in February.
The season’s homestretch boasts 11 home games between March and April; highlights include a playoff rematch with the Carolina Hurricanes on Mar. 19, visits from tri-state rivals in the Rangers and New Jersey Devils, and Connor Bedard’s first game at UBS Arena on Apr. 2 when the Chicago Blackhawks come to town.
The season wraps up on Apr. 17 against the Penguins at home.
