The New York Islanders needed a quick turnaround when Noah Dobson suffered a longer-term lower-body injury on Monday night against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

It just so happens that a puck-moving, power-play blueliner had just become available as Tony DeAngelo had his contract terminated by the KHL's St. Petersburg.
