    It's a win (or a point) and in for the New York Islanders as they host the Montreal Canadiens in their regular-season finale.

    It's a win (or a point) and in for the New York Islanders (41-31-9) as they host the Montreal Canadiens (31-43-6) in their regular-season finale. 

    Puck drop is scheduled for 7 PM ET at UBS Arena.

    Prior to morning skate, Mathew Barzal (lower body) and Alexander Romanov (upper body) skated with trainers. They are both day-to-day. 

    MORNING SKATE UPDATES

    Ilya Sorokin was in the starter's crease as he will make his eighth-straight start for the Islanders. He's 1-0-0 against Montreal this season, allowing one goal on 23 shots. 

    Josh Bailey took part in line rushes, but Islanders head coach Lane Lambert said that him in for Simon Holmstrom is a game-time decision.
