    EAST MEADOW, NY -- The New York Islanders kick off their preseason play Tuesday night with an MSG nightcap against the New York Rangers.

    Puck drop is slated for 7 PM ET. You can watch on MSG locally and NHL Network nationally. 

    While there has been no official roster released, players not playing in the game are scrimmaging at Northwell Ice Center:
