Eiserman now has 13 points (nine goals, four assists) in 12 games this season. Clearly, he has a gift to score goals, and he loves scoring goals. I think what we've been impressed with as a staff is how hard he competes on every shift. He's really hard on the puck. He's good on the forecheck. I've been really impressed with him, and he really cares, like he really cares. He takes it to heart when we don't do well as a team. He puts a lot of responsibility on his own shoulders, probably too much at some points. But he's been excellent. He's been better than I think we even thought. I just think his overall competitiveness has been really good." Eiserman leads his team in points and all rookies in goals this season. He was drafted 20th overall in 2024 by the Islanders; who knows when he’ll be Long Island bound. However, the Islanders need a goal scorer, and he seems like someone who can solve that crucial problem.
