Fox has been paired alongside Jaccob Slavin at team USA’s practice. The New York Rangers and Carolina Hurricanes are division rivals so it’s strange to see these two playing alongside each other, but here we are.
The 26-year-old was also seen practicing on Team USA’s first power play unit with Auston Matthews, Jack Hughes, Jack Eichel and Matthew Tkachuk.
As it stands right now, Fox leads all Rangers players in time on ice with averages of 23:27 minutes per game, while he also anchors the first power play unit.
The veteran defenseman has recorded four goals, 40 assists and 44 points in 55 games.
