The New York Rangers head coach, Peter Laviolette had his first press conference this morning and his message could not be more clear. He is going to put this team to work.
Laviolette has over three decades of experience in pro hockey, between playing 12 games in the NHL, coaching in the minors, and being the bench boss of multiple NHL franchises.
Laviolette said all of the right things today, but below are my thoughts on the presser as a whole.
