David Pagnotta, the NHL Insider joined The Blue Crew podcast to talk about how the New York Rangers are stacking up against Eastern Conference.

The New York Rangers are coming off of a huge win on Saturday afternoon against the Boston Bruins, who at the time were the best team in the NHL. The players may not have considered it a statement game, but with that win, a message was certainly sent to the rest of the conference.

David Pagnotta, the Host/Analyst for SiriusXM NHL Radio and NHL Insider was my guest on The Blue Crew podcast today. We spoke about the result of Saturday's huge win against Boston, with the most impressive thing being that the Rangers won that game without some of their key pieces like Adam Fox, Filip Chytil and Igor Shesterkin.

"This team, talking to a few guys, especially in the summer...that chip on their shoulder after that Devils loss is huge, and it's still there.", Pagnotta said.

Here is the full clip from the podcast with Pagnotta talking about the Rangers being the best team in the conference:

David Pagnotta came on The Blue Crew podcast to talk about how the New York Rangers shape up against the rest of the Eastern Conference.

The Rangers still have another level to get to, but they're enjoying winning hockey games right now.

Pagnotta added at the end "The best part about, that I've noticed over the years with top echelon teams, they are having fun when they're winning. It's contagious. You want to keep that going. To have that pulled off already, that message already in the first 19 games, 20 games, whatever they've played, that's a really good sign if you're a Ranger fan."

Hopefully for Ranger fans, the fun will continue.
