The New York Rangers have recalled Matt Rempe from the Hartford Wolf Pack. This comes after Chris Kreider sustained an upper-body injury. He is listed as day-to-day and Filip Chytil is also still recovering from an injury of his own. Peter Laviolette confirmed that Rempe will play in the Rangers’ Monday night matchup against the St. Louis Blues. “He is playing well down there,” Laviolette said about Rempe. “He brings some size, some physicality.
