It means that despite The Maven's promise of a Rangers' Stanley Cup in June, some solid citizens of Rangerville are getting Second Round migraines. Furthermore, I know one of them very well. Only too well because Alan Greenberg traces his Ranger fandom back to The Original Six. I mean, this ex-Brooklynite knows how to worry or, as he puts it. Then he reeled off forwards like Seth Jarvis, Jake Guentzel, and Sibby Aho, who are supposed to make me cringe. Nay, neither they nor Teraivainen, nor Svechnikov nor Necas should terribly worry the Blueshirts. Yeah, they're good, but I don't see a name like Rempe in their lineup. "And," Big Al goes on, "they have a very experienced defense and good special teams. Furthermore, the crowd at PNC Arena is just as noisy as MSG." Well, Sir Greenberg, if that's the case, should the Blueshirts just concede and get it over with, or what? "Yes," Big Al concludes and concedes, "I'm concerned. But we have the best defenseman, best overall balanced defense, and most explosive scorer in The Breadman, and Kreider's still one of the best in front of the net," Aspirin, Tylenol, Advil, you are not needed after all. Go back to your shelves. "Rangers in six," Greenberg fearlessly predicts. "It will be close and a good one. The margin of victory can be a fortuitous bounce, bad penalty, or mental mistake!"
