Mancini played three years in the NCAA at the University of Nebraska-Omaha; he just finished his junior season, where he recorded 10 points, with four goals and six assists in 40 games. During his three seasons at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, he put up 23 points, notching four goals and 19 assists. As a Sophomore in the 2022-2023 NCAA season, Mancini was named NCHC Academic All-Conference and a Distinguished Scholar. Mancini first attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha as a 19-year-old freshman in 2021-2022.
