Kolosov will reportedly spend the 2023-24 season in Russia before coming to North America.

One of the Philadelphia Flyers' top goalie prospects is in position to come to North America in the not-too-distant future.
Alexei Kolosov, a 21-year-old native of Belarus, signed his three-year entry-level contract, the Flyers announced Sunday morning. His contract carries an annual cap hit of $925,000, according to PuckPedia.
Kolosov has spent the last three years playing in Russia's Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). In 42 regular-season games for Dinamo Minsk during the 2022-23 season, he went 13-21-5 with a 2.55 goals against average and a .912 save percentage.
According to his agent, Kolosov plans to continue playing in the KHL for the 2023-24 season.
The Flyers selected Kolosov in the third round (No. 78 overall) of the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. Since then, he's become one of the top up-and-coming netminders in the KHL and figures to continue seeing heavy action with Dinamo Minsk.
Kolosov is one of several highly-touted goalie prospects in the Flyers' pipeline, which includes Sam Ersson, Carson Bjarnason, and Egor Zavragin. With Carter Hart, Cal Petersen, and Felix Sandstrom already in the fold, the Flyers' organizational goalie depth figures to be a legitimate area of strength as the club undergoes its rebuild.
