It may be an overused declaration that sports franchises and all the people in them are like one big family. 

But, in the case of the Pittsburgh Penguins, it might actually apply. 

Ahead of Game 3 of the ECHL Eastern Conference Final, two buses full of the entire Penguins' front office staff - including head coach Dan Muse - showed up to WesBanco Arena in Wheeling to support the Penguins' affiliate in the Nailers. 

The Nailers may have dropped Game 3 to go down 3-0 in the series, but it's still a pretty cool thing to see organization-wide support for Pittsburgh's affiliate teams.
