The Pittsburgh Penguins have announced a few injuries ahead of development camp.

The Pittsburgh Penguins are set to begin development camp at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry on Monday, despite three forwards being injured.

Will Horcoff, Mac Swanson, and Melvin Fernstrom will attend development camp, but are designated as injured.

Five of the Penguins' six 2026 draft picks (Liam Ruck, Markus Ruck, Pierce Mbuyi, Tomas Galvas, and Parker Von Richter) will also attend development camp. Goaltender Matvei Nikonovich, who was picked in the fifth round, is the only prospect who won't be there.

The Penguins invited a swath of undrafted free agents, including forwards Jeremy Martin, Alex McLean, David Bosco, Jack Horbach, defensemen Dakoda Rheaume-Mullen, Tyler Dunbar, Benett Kelly, Callum Croskery, Tyler Duke, Dryden Allen, goaltenders Carter Casey, Matthew Humphries, Joseph Skidmore, and Xavier Wendt.

The first session will begin at 9 a.m. ET on Monday and will feature the goaltenders. After that, Team Murphy will take the ice at 10 a.m. ET, followed by Team Barrasso at 11 a.m. ET, and Team Rutherford at noon ET.

All of the practice sessions from Monday-Thursday, along with Friday's tournament at noon ET, will be free and open to the public.
