
It was a busy day for the Pittsburgh Penguins organization, as some minor league trades were announced.
After Pittsburgh acquired Colton Poolman from the Buffalo Sabres, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins traded Jagger Joshua to the Rochester Americans for future considerations.
The 25-year-old from Dearborn, MI, has split his season between the WBS Penguins and Wheeling Nailers. In the AHL, he's had one assist in four games while scoring three goals and five points in eight ECHL games.
Last year, during his first full season with the Penguins, Joshua played 63 games, scoring ten goals and 25 points. He also finished with the second-highest penalty minutes (93).
After skating for four seasons in the USHL, Joshua played four at Michigan State University, scoring 21 goals and 44 points in 135 games with 236 penalty minutes.
