Penguins To Participate in Annual Prospect Challenge

Prospects within the Pittsburgh Penguins organization will take part in the annual Prospect Challenge.

For the second consecutive season, the Pittsburgh Penguins will participate in the annual Prospect Challenge.

The Penguins are one of six teams participating alongside the Montreal Canadiens, New Jersey Devils, Boston Bruins, Ottawa Senators, and the host Buffalo Sabres.

The Penguins are slated to play three games in a four-day span starting on September 15 against the Bruins.

The following day, Penguins prospects will take on the Senators; two days later, to cap off their time in Buffalo, they will face the Sabres.

Just a few days following their participation in the prospect challenge, the Penguins will open their 2023 Training Camp.

Rosters for both the prospect challenge and training camp will be announced at a later date.
