before and Karmanos was always a sleeper in the running." } }, { "type": "paragraph", "data": { "text": "Ever since the start of the search, Tulsky has been one of the fan favorite choices, and hearing he’s been interviewed is a step in the right direction." } }, { "type": "paragraph", "data": { "text": "Currently the assistant general manager with the Carolina Hurricanes, Tulsky has helped build one of the most well-rounded teams in the NHL." } }, { "type": "paragraph", "data": { "text": "The Hurricanes punched their ticket for the Eastern Conference Final, and are playing above and
