GM Mike Grier announced that the San Jose Sharks had reduced the training camp roster by ten.

Before the morning skate on Tuesday, the San Jose Sharks announced that they had reduced the training camp roster by ten. 

The following players have been returned to their junior club:

Mason Beaupit – G - Wenatchee Wild, WHL
Luca Cagnoni – D - Portland Winterhawks, WHL
Jake Furlong – D - Halifax Mooseheads, QMJHL

The following players have been assigned to AHL training camp:

Ethan Frisch – D
Roman Kinal – D
Connor MacEachern – F
Bradley Marek – F
Anthony Vincent – F
Beck Warm – G

The following player has been released from his ATO:

Felix Gagnon – F - Baie-Comeau, QMJHL

The roster is now at 54 players, consisting of 33 forwards, 16 defensemen, and five goalies.

The Sharks take on the Anaheim Ducks in their second preseason game at 7 p.m.
