Player Registration is now open for the 2025 Palm Springs International Pride Tournament.
The Coachella Valley Firebirds are teaming up once again with Coachella Valley Pride Hockey for its annual International Pride Tournament, taking place from Thursday, February 20th to Sunday, February 23rd at the Berger Foundation Iceplex in Palm Springs. Registration is now open for participants on the Coachella Valley Pride Hockey website. Choose from three different divisions: Competitive, Recreational A, or Recreational B.
The Firebirds have participated in the tournament since 2023 as well as held their own Pride Nights.
Coachella Valley Pride Hockey is an all inclusive LGBTQ+ hockey league. Last year's tournament featured 14 LGBTQ+ hockey teams from Toronto, Vancouver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Minnesota, and Boston. CVP's mission is to introduce hockey to the local LGBTQ+ community, provide safe and inclusive spaces and create educational resources for other hockey leagues and teams.
