Yanni Gourde, a two-time Stanley Cup champion with the Lightning, knows how to win.

As a member of last season's 46-win, 100 point Kraken team that came within one game of the conference finals, he also knows what success feels like in Seattle.

Gourde's two shorthanded goals in the 3rd period Thursday at Xcel Energy Center helped the Kraken to a season-ending victory - which fell far short of returning the Kraken to the postseason.

Gourde, along with coach Dave Hakstol, addressed where it went wrong for the 2023-24 Kraken in this Kraken Reaction video. Gourde also succinctly sums up what it means to miss the playoffs.
