Kraken announce the popular Super Skills event returns in November.

The Kraken Super Skills Showcase is returning to Climate Pledge Arena on Saturday, November 9, at 1:30 p.m. The yearly friendly skills competition was not held last year, but it was a huge hit with fans in the team's first two seasons.

Selected players will split into teams of two and compete against each other in the following categories: relay race, hardest shot contest, accuracy shooting, breakaway challenge, and a 3-on-3 scrimmage.

The Kraken also announced a virtual competition open to all youth hockey skaters prior to the event, called the Community Challenge. This competition encourages kids across the Pacific Northwest (Alaska, Washington, and Oregon) to upload videos of themselves performing hockey trick shots. Fans and friends are invited to vote for their favorite trick shot videos, with the winner receiving Kraken swag and tickets to the event

Tickets start as low as $15, and Season Ticket Members are eligible for early access to general admission lower bowl seating. A select number of reservable lower bowl seats will be available to all fans starting September 26. Net proceeds from the event and the private auction will benefit youth programming at Kraken Community Iceplex. Check the Climate Pledge Arena website for more info.
