Philipp Grubauer Attends Charity Auction to Save Horses in Washington State.Kraken goalie Philipp Grubauer attended the "Heart of the Horse" fundraiser at Safe Harbor Stables in Redmond, Washington this past weekend. The event, which raised over $30k, brought together members of the local equine community to support Save a Forgotten Equine (SAFE Horses), a charity dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused and neglected horses.
Matt Lorch, a former Seattle news anchor known for his charitable auctioneering in the Pacific Northwest, served as the event's Emcee. Grubauer, sporting a tan cowboy hat and boots, graciously took selfies with attendees and organizers following the dinner.
