Seattle Winger Scored 13 Goals, 30 Points In 62 Games Last Season

Jaden Schwartz was a 1st round draft choice of the St. Louis Blues in 2010, who nine years later would help the Blues win the franchise's first Stanley Cup.

Now, the winger is about to enter his 14th NHL campaign, 4th in Seattle. In both the team's expansion season and last year, Schwartz missed significant time due to multiple injuries.

At the time of a late November upper-body injury which sidelined Schwartz for six weeks, his eight goals were second on the team; he'd contributed 15 points in 23 games.

In addition to better health, the 730-game veteran knows what the Kraken need to be better at next season. One of those things is a quicker start out of the gate, as he speaks about in this Kraken Reaction.
