Blues wrap up four-game Canadian road trip looking to make it three of four; Holloway on six-game point run;

The St. Louis Blues will conclude their four-game Canadian road swing when they face the Vancouver Canucks (14-8-4) at Rogers Place on Wednesday (9 p.m.; FDSNMW, ESPN 101.1-FM).

Hofer to start, Joseph to come in on blue line; Blues look to take three of four on road trip

The Blues (13-13-2) are coming off their first regulation loss under Jim Montgomery on Saturday, 4-2 against the Edmonton Oilers, but are 4-1-1 since the coaching change on Nov. 24 and will continue to need to play at a high level like they are in order to remain in the Western Conference playoff race.

At the moment, the Blues are four points out of a wild card spot and six points out of third in the Central Division.

As far as lineups are concerned, Montgomery told reporters that defenseman Philip Broberg will play after taking a maintenance day at the morning skate.

Dylan Holloway, who is the player to watch tonight and is on a six-game point streak (five goals, four assists), will go back up to play with Brayden Schenn and Jordan Kyrou, flipping positions with Brandon Saad, and Pierre-Olivier Joseph will slot back in after being a healthy scratch Saturday, replacing Scott Perunovich.

Joel Hofer will get the start in goal, and the Blues backup to Jordan Binnington, has won his past two starts allowing just three goals on 52 shots (.942 save percentage) and a 1.50 goals-against average. He will oppose Thatcher Demko, making his first start his season due to a lower-body injury.
