So far at the 2025 IIHF World Championship, Jordan Binnington has been perfect.

The St. Louis Blues goalie delivered his second shutout in as many starts, and he did it at the expense of one of his NHL teammates again when he stopped all 14 shots faced, and Canada dominated Dalibor Dvorsky and Slovakia, 7-0 on Saturday at Avicii Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.

It comes on the heels of Binnington's first start of the tournament, which was four days ago on Tuesday in a 15-save shutout win, 5-0 against Alexandre Texier and France.

Binnington and teammate Brayden Schenn, who played 12:41 on Saturday and didn't register a point, committed to play two days before the tournament started.

For Binnington, he now has stopped all 29 shots faced over two games for Canada, which is spotless in Group A at 5-0-0-0, good for second place behind Sweden, which has played one more game and is 6-0-0-0.

Dvorsky, the No. 10 pick in the 2023 NHL Draft, played 12:11 and was a minus-2 in the game for Slovakia, which dropped to 2-0-1-2, good for seven points and currently sits in fourth place in Group A.

Canada has two more group games remaining, Monday against Finland before a showdown for the group winner against the Swedes on Tuesday.
