ST. LOUIS -- The St. Louis Blues have recalled forward Zack Bolduc from Springfield of the American Hockey League on Thursday morning.

Bolduc, 21, had two assists in four appearances with the Thunderbirds during his assignment.

The thought process all along was for Bolduc, the No. 17 pick in the 2021 NHL Draft, to go to Springfield and keep playing games during the 4 Nations Face-Off break. The Blues return to action on Saturday when they host the Winnipeg Jets.

With the Blues this season, Bolduc has 18 points (six goals, 12 assists) in 46 games.
