Due to their immense success over this stretch, they now have a six-point lead over the Vancouver Canucks for the final wild card spot.
Blues star Robert Thomas has undoubtedly been a significant reason for the Blues' dominance right now. The 25-year-old forward is currently sporting a five-game point streak, where he has two goals and 10 assists over that span. In addition, he was already heating up before this, as he has 17 points in his last 10 contests.
Due to his red-hot play, Thomas now has 19 goals, 49 assists, 68 points, and a plus-16 rating in 63 contests this campaign. The 2017 first-round pick is continuing to build on his excellent season and is on pace to be an over a point-per-game player for the third time in four years because of it.
