The Tampa Bay Lightning are set to play the Anaheim Ducks tonight (March 24). Unfortunately, they will be without two of their best players, as Victor Hedman and Brayden Point have both been ruled out.
Hedman and Point are both dealing with day-to-day lower-body injuries, as reported by the club.
With the Lightning looking to secure their playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, every point is crucial at this stage of the campaign. Thus, being without both Hedman and Point is certainly concerning. However, the club will now need to adjust without their two stars against Anaheim. Here's to hoping that they don't need to miss more time after this matchup.
